As Talent Scout, you’ll support our team to find the best talents for our band and, therefore, will have a huge impact on the future of Fretello.


Your playground:

  • Ensuring an excellent overall candidate experience
  • Being responsible for the entire recruitment process from job ad creation to final offer
  • Servicing and guiding our hiring managers and teams to find the perfect match
  • Preselecting candidates and conducting first-round interviews to assess the cultural fit
  • Exploring and keeping up-to-date with new recruiting channels and methods
  • Identifying and actively sourcing suitable candidates on position-relevant platforms
  • Establishing and growing a talent community of active and passive candidates

 

What to bring along:

  • A degree in an HR-related field, Psychology or equivalent work experience 
  • At least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience in a digital company, preferably hiring for technical  and business positions
  • An engaging, passionate personality with a good sense of humor and the ability to win over others
  • A great sense for people, paired with love for data and the curiosity to learn about any business area
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills paired with ease to find the right words
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive, service-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow

Our salary range starts at an annual compensation of EUR 36,400,- (full-time) but this is the very least we can do for you. Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience. We want to enable Fretellians to have a healthy work-life-integration and easily combine their personal life with their occupation.
