Having deep conversations with people, trying to understand them, and reveal their motivation intrigues you? You would describe yourself as enthusiastic, yet a good listener? You are a critical thinker yet an empathetic person? Your friends call you an organizational talent and you are known for your structured way of working and detail orientation? 

Nailed it? Then YOU might be the perfect addition to our Human Relations team ūü§ė¬†As an HR intern, you‚Äôll support our team to find the best talents for our band and therefore will have a huge impact on the future of Fretello. We would need¬†you to be available for 2 months, from July to August, to start¬†your learning journey in recruitment.

 

Your playground:

  • Ensuring an excellent overall candidate experience
  • Responsible for pre-selecting candidates for various positions from different areas
  • Assisting with candidate correspondence
  • Conducting job interviews together with our Talent Scout
  • Exploring new recruiting channels and manage the existing ones
  • Identifying suitable candidates on position-relevant platforms

 

What to bring along:

  • A degree in an HR-related field or equivalent work experience¬†
  • Plus points for first recruiting experience through internships including the usage of recruiting tools and platforms such as Teamtailor, Glassdoor, Dribbble
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills paired with ease to find the right words
  • Appreciation and understanding of the significance of recruiting
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive, service-oriented mindset, and a desire to learn and grow
  • Definitely some love for music but¬†NOT necessarily playing an instrument

Our salary range starts at EUR 1,300 gross per month. Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
