Do you have a passion for creating impactful and high-quality digital learning material and videos? Do you enjoy letting your creativity soar to ensure a successful and fun learning experience for users? Does conceptualizing, developing, and managing this content sound like music to your ears? If yes, then as our new part-time or full-time Digital Learning Specialist (from 25 - 38.5 hours per week), you will help the team to deliver the best possible interactive learning content for beginner guitarists.
Developing digital learning concepts including the usage of storytelling and the creation of storyboards
Conceptualizing instructional videos, images, and texts for our app
Managing the evaluation of interactive learning content, from test plan creation to result analysis
Collaborating closely with the other Digital Learning Specialist as well as Digital Media Designers and Musicologists
Shaping the future of our product together with other teams
What to bring along:
A degree within a relevant field, such as psychology, instructional or educational technology or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of work experience creating digital learning content in the e-learning or EdTech environment
Experience in the design of digital learning content including the creation of storyboards
Ideally, experience in producing learning videos and user-centered content evaluation
Excellent written and verbal English skills with an affinity for writing texts
A creative mind with a passion for music and a desire to learn
A highly structured and detail-oriented work approach with a hands-on mentality
Knowledge of music theory and/or playing the guitar

Our salary range starts at an annual compensation of EUR 30.000 to a maximum of EUR 41.000. Your actual offer will depend on your skills and experience.
